The organization endeavours to mobilize community through participatory approaches. The Let Us Create Futures (LUCF) Community Advisory Group is formed from representatives in the community who are actively involved with LUCF programs. The group equips the communities that we serve with a strong voice and the opportunity to contribute to the services that they access. Each group leader oversees the needs and demands of community members in their respective villages.
Group leaders hold regular meetings throughout the year and come together as part of the annual planning forums. The planning forums are designed to be a participatory platform that enables (LUCF) the opportunity to set service goals for the upcoming year.
